The Palestra’s front lobby and concourses got a $2 million museum-quality facelift last fall, complete with displays, exhibits and photographs celebrating the legendary arena’s 75-year history. Steve Bilsky W’71, Penn’s athletic director, described the newly renovated areas as “part museum, part hall of fame.”
