The University Museum’s Web site was selected as one of the best museum Web sites in the country by USA Today Weekend, which sifted through nearly 8,000 and settled on just six. (Another was the Franklin Institute’s in Philadelphia.) Suggesting that “Even Indiana Jones would feel at home at Penn’s museum Web page,” the citation praised its “virtual exhibits on topics such as ancient Greek artifacts and ‘Traditional Navigation in the Western Pacific,'” as well as its “richly illustrated chapters on the museum’s real-world exhibits.” For a virtual tour, visit http://www.upenn.edu/museum
