Bob Seddon, the winningest coach in Penn baseball history, notched his 500th win on April 5 when the Quakers beat Dartmouth, 6-1. His team finished the year with a 19-21 record, tying for the Gehrig Division title. Seddon’s record over 27 seasons is 509-408.
