The latest addition to the Penn neighborhood’s collection of outsized, outside art is “Wave Forms,” by artist Dennis Oppenheim. Composed of 30-foot aluminum bell-shapes leaning against each other, the installation will stand at the entrance to the Domus Residences, currently under construction at 34th and Chestnut streets.
