Two campus food trucks —Koja (Asian) and Rami’s (Middle Eastern)—went from being relative eyesores to eye-catching this winter through an after-school program, ArtWorks!, sponsored by the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program. Students worked with an artist and the truck owners to create decorative designs, which were then transferred to vinyl and heat-applied to the truck exteriors. Call it an aesthetic experience—to go.
