A workman puts his chisel to the east side of Logan Hall, one of four buildings comprising the Perelman Quadrangle, scheduled to be completed by 2000. Designed by Venturi, Scott Brown, the quadrangle will link Logan with a restored Houston Hall, Irvine Auditorium, and Williams Hall. Logan, whose exterior restoration won two preservation awards last year, will be finished by this December, while Irvine will close this summer and should take up to a year and a half to renovate. Work on Houston and Williams will begin in 1998.
