This week Mark O. Winkelman WG’73 was named chair of Penn Medicine. He replaces James S. Riepe W’65 WG’67. Winkelman serves Penn in numerous capacities–most notably as a University trustee and a member of the Wharton board of overseers—but Gazette readers may recall him most vividly for what he does in his free time: trans-continental road trips in his vintage Plymouth BP3.
