Don’t look if you’re already hungry: Penn Appétit hits news stands

In the March|April 2011 issue of the Gazette we wrote about Penn’s award-winning food magazine, Penn Appétit.  Today the delicious-looking Spring 2011 edition has started appearing on news stands.  Inside, the growing foodie population at Penn covers everything from the secret techniques behind a truly regional Italian pasta sauce to the Philly area’s burgeoning burger topping revolution.

Those of you around campus can find a stack at the Kelly Writer’s House.  Off-campus, you’ll have to wait until the electronic version appears on their website.  In the meantime, though, you can feast your eyes on of the photography from a few of their recent shoots.  (If you’re looking for an appetizer, they also run a nice blog, found here).
